While Cambridge is still a small company, we have big ideas! CMSI’s strategic plan is to maintain, develop, and acquire a high quality, geographically diverse portfolio of apartment homes located in specific growth markets in Florida, New York, Rhode Island and Minnesota. CMSI Management Team

Rob Piezon
Robert M. Piezon is the Owner and CEO of Cambridge Management Services, Inc. He has more than thirteen years experience in the multifamily housing industry with an extensive asset management background that focuses on maximizing asset performance. As a retired twenty year veteran of the United States Air Force, Mr. Piezon brings a high level of leadership that promotes teamwork and empowerment through an organized plan that continually strives to exceed the property owner’s goals. Property Management services, for award winning new construction multifamily properties developed by LeCesse Development Corp., has been the core of business of CMSI. Mr. Piezon expanded the business to include third party fee management in 2007. Today, that segment of the business has grown to more than 1,500 units including significant clients such as The Winter Park Housing Authority and Regions Bank. Combined assets under management total 27 properties with 5,500 units valued at $500,000.000. Mr. Piezon is a member of the Orlando Apartment Association, and a variety of charitable and community service organizations.

Michelle Ryder
Michelle joined the LeCesse Development and Cambridge Management family in 2017 as the Controller. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and members of both the Florida Institute of CPA’s and American Institute of CPA’s, Michelle brings a wealth of experience to the team. Michelle began her career at Epoch Residential where she served as the Corporate Controller gaining experience in numerous fields including job costing, fund consolidations, partner distributions, cash flow forecasting, external audits, tax preparation and more. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and running.

Debby Nichols
Director of Human Resources
Ms. Nichols has been in the multifamily profession since 1990, and started as a manager with Cambridge Management Services, Inc. in 1992. In 1995, she started working with the Affordable Programs. She has earned her SCS and NCP designation from the Housing Credit College of Elizabeth Mooreland Consulting Group. She also facilitates an in-depth training program for all on-site employees. Ms. Nichols has maintained her CAM designation since 1998.

Natalie Cavaliere
Corporate Trainer
Natalie Cavaliere, Corporate Trainer, started her career in the apartment industry with Cambridge Management Services in 1989. She began her employment as a leasing consultant and has held positions as Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Management Specialist, and Regional Manager. She spent three years on a LIHTC property and has earned a NCP Designation. As Corporate Trainer, Ms. Cavaliere’s duties encompass management training in the areas of company policy and procedures, company reporting, computer programs, resident services and tax credit compliance. She performs market analysis on existing Cambridge Management properties and potential acquisition properties. Responsibilities also include forecasting market trends to adjust leasing and marketing strategies.

Evelyn Holland
Regional Manager
Evelyn Holland has been involved with the apartment industry since 1988. She began with Southmark as a Leasing Consultant. She was promoted to Assistant Manager in 1989 and to Resident Manager in 1990. In 1993 she managed Cypress Ridge Apartments for Governor Realty and also acted as the Marketing Director, conducting Leasing Seminars for 7 Florida Properties. She joined Cambridge Management Services, Inc. in 1995 as the director of marketing. She has held the position of Management Specialist, and was promoted to Regional Manager in 2001. As Regional Manager, Ms. Holland’s duties include management training in the areas of company policy and procedures, company reporting, computer programs, and resident services. She also performs market analysis on existing CMSI properties and potential acquisition properties. In 2002, she received an NCP designation from the housing credit college of Elizabeth Mooreland Consulting, Inc.
